Coming Soon — First Light FG Fiberglass Hard Hat

Built for first light. Made from fiberglass.

The First Light FG is the full-brim fiberglass hard hat in the 0530 lineup — built for the crews who are already moving before sunrise and want a traditional fiberglass shell with a clean, jobsite-ready setup.

The full-brim fiberglass shell pairs with a 6-point ratchet suspension for an adjustable fit, while the First Light identity ties the helmet back to what 0530 Supply Co. is built around: early starts, long days, and work that begins before most people are awake.

Construction

• Full-brim fiberglass shell
• 6-point ratchet suspension
• Type I configuration — designed to reduce impact force from a blow to the top of the head
• Class G electrical classification

Standards & Electrical Classification

This model is listed as complying with ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019) and as a Type I, Class G hard hat.

For Class G testing, test samples are proof-tested at 2,200 volts phase-to-ground. That figure is a laboratory proof-test level only — it is not a safe working voltage and does not guarantee protection at 2,200 volts in the field.

Important Safety Information

Always follow your employer’s PPE program, jobsite requirements, hazard assessment, and applicable electrical-safety procedures when selecting head protection. Inspect the shell and suspension before use, and replace the hard hat if it has sustained a significant impact or shows damage, cracking, deformation, or other conditions that could affect protection.
